At one bewitchrd she actually thinks something that the part of her inside agrees with and she even comments on how that was the first time in a long time that she has agreed with herself on something? Dec 09, Kandice rated it liked it.

It’s like the lurkers decided to take their marbles and go home. While the book was laced with sarcasm, wit and good old basic humor, for some reason I expected it to be a little lighter. These novellas written from Rand’s I have a friend who wanted to “borrow” my Rand stories.

Be Witched

I did, however, finish this book in one day so that says how much I liked the story. This book is full of revelations-good and bad. I don’t buy his excuse for going back in time, not at all.

Ecb Yes, Bryn and Sinjin series, which has two bewithced so far.

Something Witchy This Way Comes

A Witch Before Dying. I think the issue I have with this series is that it all seems to be a bit rushed.

Jolie Wilkins Series by H.P. Mallory

What she didn’t take into account, is the close the Lurker threat looms closer, the more she learns of herself, and wonders of her true destiny? I was foaming at the mouth when H. Luce, the powerful elder of the Lurkers, kidnaps Jolie. It centered too much on the whole Rand, Jolie, Sinjin triangle and I thought that was left behind in book 4.

I just get the feeling that the books have been planned in a way that sets out all the major plot events, with the ‘fill in’ parts thrown in as a bit of an afterthought and not enough ‘ground work’ in how the characters actually get from one milestone to the next.

This novella doesn’t cover anything new; it just covers part of book 2 but is written from Rand’s point of view. I hope the contest is international! I would have loved an Epilogue to really see how it all played out in the future, but it was a very enjoyable read regardless. It’s basically just a retelling of events thorough Rand’s eyes, but the thing is, unlike other POV snippets where you’re dying to get the other person’s take on it, I was alr A short story in the Jolie Wilkins world told from Rand’s POV.

Rand came across way to whiny and now I don’t like him as much as I did before. Perfect ending to a great series!! Or should I say novella, since you could probably combine all the “books” together into one decent longer novel. I would also absolutely love a story from Sinjin’s point of view, what does that vampire I knew this was a Novella when I started but that didn’t stop me wishing it were longer.

Found the last few books used, then went on a quest for the rest.

Something Witchy This Way Comes by H.P. Mallory

This was an OK read for me. Why did you decided to start two series instead of focusing on one, bringing it to its completion and then going on to the next? The series could have easily have ended with this book but nope had to stretch it out for another series. Her created witchy-world, shared with Fae, Vampires and were creatures, is drawn in the comical, ingenuous voice of Jolie Wilkins a former storefront psychic who comes to learn she is a witch in the first novel.

He had refused to claim Jolie as his bewithed, knowing that the relationship between witches and warlocks were bewitchec life. Other books in the series.

I am a BIG Well, I have just finished reading this entire series in a week. Before I transferred them to her I thought I’d read over them again.

Then Mallory pulls the many pieces back together towards the end. Aug 26, Lynsey A Bookish Life rated it it was ok.

I didn’t need Rand Balfours perspective on his and Jolies relationship.
